1 medium brown onion chopped
1tsp of garlic
1tsp of ginger
400g chicken breast chopped into cubes
500g tomato passata
600g pumpkin – peeled and chopped into 1.5cm cubes
2tsp garam masala
1tsp ground cumin and ground coriander
165g tin of light coconut milk
